Why when a computer problem occurs do a lot of companies who provide IT support fail to focus on the impact to their clients business rather than simply on the computer problem?
Computers are now an integral element of every business throughout the land and sadly they go wrong! So it’s obvious that computer problems can result in serious problems and hardship for a business.
As a business owner and/or PC user you can often be left feeling frustrated and lonely when you encounter a problem. I know that’s how I felt when my business had problems and I was left in a vacuum by those who supported me not understanding the impact on my business.
So, based on our experiences a business has been formed to focus on problem free computing.
We’re not perfect but do try to focus on our clients business and the impact of the problem. So, the Problem Free Computing blog is intended to provide you with information and guidance so that you can benefit from problem free computing.
If you’d like our opinion on something (preferably to do with computers!) then please let me know. We’ll then do our best to provide you with the information you need and if we can’t provide the information we’ll offer you our opinion (and it will always be an honest one!).
